In this session,U.S.goverment's trade policy toward China attaches great importance to China clean energy market.The U.S.Department of Commerce forecasts that the amount of China clean energy market will reach $100 billion by 2020.Commerce Secretary Gary Locke have visited China three times during the 13 months since he took office,which are related to clean energy.The US government prepared half a year for this visit to China.
 

"No other places have more potential than Chinese market."Locke said when he met members of the United States and China Business Council in January this year.
