Design: We draw sketches based on the analysis and design direction,then evaluate and select three or four of them to give further design,including materials, , modelling, colour, interface etc.We make outer model s according to customers’ requirements,and they have the final say about confirming the design results. “you give me an idea,and I give you a product in return" really comes true.
Circuit design :Circuit design is carried out after fully considering the product cost,function,convenient assembly etc.And the feasibility and the possibility of the design is verified by mean of the model and the prototype.
Mould making: The company itself has the mold production capacity.It can conduct the concurrent engineering, design and circuit design as well as make preparations for mould making, which greatly shorten the mold production period.
Small batch trial:We carry on small batch production when we frisy try the mould.
Performance testing:Drop test ,charging and discharging test as well as necessary equipment testing.
Batch production :Revisit customers regularly,and provide advisory services
